Andhra Pradesh State Welfare department has sanctioned Rs.2280/- crore budget for the YSR Housing Scheme to construct the 20 lakhs houses, and the aim was to take by the YSRCP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The Scheme application forms are not yet available. Many of eligible candidates are waiting for the Scheme application form across the Andhra Pradesh State.
For YSR Housing Scheme Application, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్టా ప్రభుత్వం పైలట్ ప్రాజెక్టు గా ఎంచుకున్న పెదలందరికి ఇల్లు పదకం, మొత్తంగా 25 లక్షల ఇల్లు మంజూరు అయినట్టు ఇదివరకే ప్రకటించారు. కానీ ఎప్పటికీ పేదలకి అందుబాటులోకి రాలేదు అయితే వై‌ఎస్‌ఆర్ పెదళ్లందరికి ఇల్లు అనే పధకం ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు ఫారం ఆన్లైన్ (Online) లో తీసుకుంటారా లేదా ఆఫ్లైన్ (Offline) లో తీసుకుంటారా అనిది ఇంకా స్పస్టత రాలేదు, పూర్తి సమాచారం మాత్రం ఇంకా అందుబాటులోకి రాకపోవడం ఒకాంత చింతించల్సిన విషయమే.
అయితే 25 లక్షల ఇల్లు అన్నారు కాబట్టి, ఎప్పట్టినుండి
దరఖాస్తు ఫారం ఇవ్వాలి ఎక్కడ ఇవ్వాలి అన్నది మాత్రం కొద్దిగా కంగారూ పెట్టించే విషయం.
ఎప్పటినుండి దరఖాస్తు ఫారం అందుబాటులో ఉంటాడో తెలియని పరిస్తితి.

వై‌ఎస్‌ఆర్ హౌసింగ్ పదకం ఇంతకు ముందు పేరు ఎన్‌టి‌ఆర్ హౌసింగ్ పదకం, వై‌ఎస్ జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి అదికారం లోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత ఆ పేరు కాస్త వై‌ఎస్‌ఆర్ హౌసింగ్ పదకం గా మార్చారు. దీనిని జులై 12, 2019 లో official గా announcement చేశారు, ఈ పడకనికి మొత్తంగా రూ. 2280 కోట్ల కేటాయించారు.
ప్రతి పెదవనికి కనీసం ఉండడానికి ఇల్లు
కట్టాలని ఉద్దేశ్యం తో ఈ పడకనికి రూపు తీసుకొచ్చారు. పిఎంఏవై (PMAY) పదకం కింద అక్షరాల
రూ.1280 కోట్లు కేటాయించారు.

అబ్యర్ది ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కి చెందిన వాడై ఉండాలి.
BPL లోబడి ఉండాలి, అంటే income below poverty line లో ఉండాలి.
రెసిడన్స్ సర్టిఫికేట్ కలిగి ఉండాలి. (తెలంగాణ లో జీవిస్తున్న ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ వాళ్ళకి అర్హత లేదు).
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కి సంబందించి నా అడ్రెస్ తో ఆధర్ కార్డ్ ఉండాలి.
బ్యాంక్ అక్కౌంట్ కూడా ఏ‌పి లోనే ఉండాలి.
మొబైల్ నెంబర్ కచ్చితంగా కలిగి ఉండాలి.
