How Many Districts In Telangana 2024
When Hyderabad State joined the Dominion of India in 1948.
Telangana region had eight districts. They are the Warangal, Hyderabad, Mahbubnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Adilabad, Karimnagar, and Khammam districts.
On October 1, 1953, Warangal district was split in two. On November 1, 1956, the Telangana area of Hyderabad State and Andhra State was joined to frame Andhra Pradesh.
The parts of Bhadrachalam division and Aswaraopet taluka were combined into Khammam district from the Godavari district to improve administration.
On August 15, 1978, Hyderabad District was divided into Hyderabad Urban District and Hyderabad Rural District.
Charminar, Golkonda, Mushirabad, and Secunderabad are the Talukas that make up Hyderabad Urban District.
These Talukas only include the MCH area, the Secunderabad cantonment, and Osmania University.
The Hyderabad country locale was subsequently renamed as Ranga Reddy District.
Telangana New Districts Names
Telangana cut out from 10 areas from Andhra Pradesh. East Godavari district received seven manuals of the Bhadrachalam division back. On 11th October 2016, State brought new districts from 21 to 31 districts after the formation of Telangana state.

The Selection Process of APPSC Forest Range Officer will be based on pure merit-based only; the eligible candidates have to go for online or offline examination (Multiple Choice Questions) followed by the Document Verification and Location Selection for final posting.
The Forest Range Officer has to monitor the forest area regularly task after collecting the inputs from the Forest Section Officer (FSO) and Field Assistant, regular report submissions to the higher department by daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
