Educational Qualification
- Candidates should have a Degree in law (LLB / BL) from any recognized University/College.
- Should have a not less than 3 years experience practice in criminal courts.
- Should be medical fit.
Age Limit: Candidates should have not exceeded more than 34 years as of 01.07.2023 Age relaxation will be applicable as per the reservation wise.
- TS Govt ezmplyeers – 5 years
- Ex-Serviceman – 3 years
- NCC Candidates – 3 years
- SC / ST and BC Candidates – 5 years
- Physically Handicapped Persons – 10 years.

Telangana Assistant Public Prosecutor Syllabus
- Exam will be either in Online (CBT mode) or offline (OMR mode).
- Minimum Qualifying marks – OC – 40%, BC – 35%, SC / ST – 30%.
- each correct answer carry 1 mark.
- (25%) 1/4th deduction for wrong answer.
- Paper 2 exam will b conducted for the candidates who qualified in Paper 1 exam.
- Local candidates – 95% and Non Local candidates – 5% for selections.
Application Fee
- For OC / OBC Candidates Application Fee Rs.1500/-
- For SC / ST Candidates Application Fee Rs.750/-
- Payment will be only online mode.

Pay Scale
Selected candidates are eligible for a monthly salary of Rs.54,220/- to 1,33,630/- as per the RPS 2020. Salary norms will be paid under the category 7 process.
