JNTUH OD Application Status 2022 OD Online Registration Status

JNTU OD Status 2022: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) announced the notification to get the Degree / Graduation / Post Graduation and other important courses under JNTUH can obtain the Original Degree. Those who completed the course in the academic year are eligible to apply for the JNTU OD 2022.

The expected JNTUH OD Convocation Ceremony will be held in the month of May 2023 (The actual date will be intimated later). For Jntuh convocation 2022 is scheduled for the students looking for the OD convocation for the OD certificate. JNTUH OD apply link is available for registration and status of the OD.

JNTUH OD Apply

Students who have completed the Graduation and Post Graduation course from JNTU Hyderabad are eligible for the OD application; use the below official link and apply online accordingly. If you’re facing any issues online, visit the JNTUH Kukatpally campus and apply the manual by submitting the supporting documents.

How to submit the offline application form at the JNTUH campus, the details are listed below for reference purposes only.

JNTUH OD Apply Online

  • Latest JNTUH Update: Usually, Online payment is more than offline payment; before making the online OD payment, check with college management and apply online accordingly.
    • JNTUH OD application fee varies as per the pass-out year.
    • Make sure that you apply for OD as soon as possible once the Graduation/Degree Course is complete else the application fee is charged.
    • Always check the OD fee in the college exam branch before making a fee online.
    • Once the application is submitted, the Student will get the IndianPostal Tracking link to SMS after one week after the application date.
  • JNTUH OD Application State is released for the candidates who applied in both offline and online modes.
  • Jntuh od apply is available online for the course completion candidates who are eligible for the 2022 JNTU OD apply purpose. Use the below official link and apply accordingly.
  • JNTUH OD Status is available for the previous pending ODs; those who have not received any OD, then check the detailed information on the status.
  • If any Medical/B.Pharmacy OR other than Degree/B. Tech, contact the JNTUH OD team at 9491283135 / 9491293135 from 10: 30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Only online applications are acceptable; those who are successfully registered then will get registered OD by Post.

JNTUH OD Application Status

  • Those who are eligible for JNTUH Original Degree certification can Here
  • Click on the “New User Registration“, and enter the Student Hall Ticket Number and followed by Security Code (Displayed on screen).
  • In the next window, fill the required necessary information and make the online application payment of Rs.600/-
  • Ensure that, Students can give valid Mobile Numbers and Email IDs for the SMS and Mail Alerts from JNTU Hyderabad University.
  • After submission of the online application, the student can take the printout copy for future reference. (if a student forgot the application number or login name or password, it will useful for OD status tracking purpose)

Important Note from JNTUH: All the Dual degree awardees are informed to note that, for applying ODs of their JNTUH UG & PG degree, they should upload the Provisional Certificate (PC) of PG & should enter PG PC details to pay the fees of both degrees. Both the ODs will be sent to the address which was mentioned at the time of your OD registration.

JNTUH OD Application Status

Those who have applied to JNTUH Original Degree OD as per the above notification can track the Students OD application Here, log in with created student credentials, and once logged in, check whether the status is pending or approved.

Once the OD is approved, then check the student’s address for delivery of the original degree via post.

Candidates also check the Courier status at www.indiapost.gov.in once JNTUH dispatches the OD, You will get the tracking code in SMS/Mail from the JNTUH after OD is dispatched.

Important Note

The degree certificates of all Bachelor Courses, Master Courses, M.S. & M.Phil courses will be sent only by registered post to the individual at the address in their online application. Only Gold medal receipts and Ph.D. degree awardee can receive their certificates in person at the convocation.

The provisional list of Gold medal recipients for the academic year 2022-23 will be placed on the JNTUH website.

If you’re applying online or offline, doesn’t matter for the JNTUH OD tracking information purpose, use the application number for the online JNTUH OD tracking and check the details from time to time for the OD info.

JNTUH OD Application Tracking

Before checking the JNTUH OD status, candidates should have the tracking number, which JNTUH sends after the OD courier is dispatched.

JNTUH OD Apply Online

  • Visit the Indian Post Official Website – Tracking Link.
  • Enter the “Consignment Number” and Evaluate the Expression (displayed on the screen).
  • Click on the “Search” button.
  • Now, the JNTUH OD Status is displayed on the screen.

Based on the JNTUH OD status, JNTUH OD will be delivered to the candidate’s addresses,

JNTUH OD Dispatch Status

Onc the Original Degree (OD) courier dispatched by the JNTUH OD team, candidates will get the registered email or SMS along with the tracking code / Consignment Number. Use that Consignment code and check the JNTUH OD Dsipacth status.

JNTUH OD Verification Status

JNTUH OD verification status is available after the online application is submitted; once the candidates submit an online or offline application form, candidates can also check the JNTUH online with the help of the acknowledgment number.

Candidates can find two ways of OD status verification,;

  • Indian Post Tracking Checking/Verification
  • JNTUH OD official website status verification.

JNTUH OD Apply Online

Jntuh OD Apply 2022 Last Date

for JNTUH OD online application last date is not available, The last date is available for the pass outs wise. Jntuh od applies 2022 the last date is available as per the course batch-wise, check your 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 and then apply online.

After the online application process, and online payment, JNTUH students will get the original degree certificate via Courier or postal delivery.

But if students are looking for jntuh convocation 2022, check the convocation date and venue. The College department and University will award the convocation. For jntuh od apply 2022 last date is available on the JNTU OD official website. JNTUH epayments jntuh will be made for jntuh online convocation and get the JNTUH Certificate on the same day of jntuh convocation certificate.

How to apply for od in JNTUH?

Visit the above given official link and make the payment first with help of the Roll number and then fill out the application form and submit it accordingly.

      You just follow the post instructions;
      Make the OD payment and fill the your college details and student details and submit... Then you will get an acknowledgement for the application submission proof.
      The OD will be sent to your registered address after 30 days of generation.

    In the payments site it is showing 2900
    And in official notification it is showing 600

  • As mentioned in the above notification the orginal degree payment is 600/- but while making a payment it is showing more than that around 2900/-. if you clarify this so that we make the payment before the last date.

    • You paid in offline in college right and then apply in offline only,.. If not enquiry in college via call and ask them exact procedure for the Rs.600/- payment.

  • i already paid od fee by debit card which was successful but to print my recipt i accidentally clicked on challan which created a challan for me do i need to pay money again by challan?

    • After login the application form available for edit before accepting, If already application accepted then visit the JNTUH Kukatpally and give wriiten letter in questions center.
      Note: Submit the request before finalise the OD.

      Maybe Courier guys are returned OD to JNTUH office due to non delivery location/delivery attempt failed. Now, you've to collect from the JNTUH OD section office by showing college ID/payment reference number.

    • Yes, you can apply online once again but there is no possibility of success. better wait for the manual application process at JNTUH office counter.

  • Hi , I have completed my b.tech in the year of 2013.But i haven't taken OD because of small currection in my PC ,i thought after currection i will take OD but i couldn't take the OD. After i completed my m.tech in 2016. I havn't taken the m.tech OD also. Now am trying to new profile registration ,but it shows registration failed.
    Let me know one thing if we want register only in the time period of convacation only or not ?
    I saw somewhare can we apply both PG&UG ODs at a time with single registration atache with the PC of PG .(In my m.tech PC have no currections).

    Without any fee payment, I got registered for od & I got student acknowledgement also. Still now I didn't get my od. But now, while the checking the convocation year, its showing 2900 amount.

      System transaction error, maybe it showing high payment than a usual payment. Once call to JNTUH Support team or visit the JNTUH office for the rectification.

  • Hi Team, I am really appreciate you looking all your quick responses to each individual here. I am now one among them - I did my MCA 2014 and i applied for my OD 1st October ,2020. I did register myself providing all required details and input my CMM number, PC image and made payment through debit card. Amount is deducted and transaction successfully and got confirmation too from JNTUH . But I did not see any message to my registered mobile number & email id . Now I logged in but could not find any information regarding my OD status in dashboard. Could you please suggest me next steps . I am very thankful for help .:)

      Your information was not updated yet, Wait for the 3 days, after 3 days, submitted information was not updated then you have to visit the JNTU Kukatpally campus for offline rectification.

      Make sure that, you've to bring the supporting documents at the time of the JNTUH Office.

      Yes but sometimes it comes to the correct address (it depend upon the postal delivery people). Wait some time, if not deliver then contact the JNTUH Kukatpally and update the address (Pincode) manually.

      Look like the system NOT updated with new 2020 students for the ONLINE OD issue, You have to call and confirm in the college for the Online OD application process. If still no response received then visit the JNTUH Kuakatpally office and apply manually.

      You can edit or modify the submitted documents online, You have to visit the JNTUH Office at the Kukatpally office and submit the xerox documents at center and the issue will be sort out.

    I applied my OD in November month but my balance was deducted but no reply came nor any receiving message came on my mobile and I could not get any response from JNTUH office contact numbers and also Gmail reply.
    Please sir provide some details about my concern.

    • You have to visit the University office counter during working hours and submit the request letter. This problem will solve manually not online.

      Visit the office and get the solution there.

    I have followed all the steps to apply the OD and done the payment. I even got the transaction ID but it seems like the amount has not been deducted. Is this normal or do i have to pay again?

    • No need to pay again, Amount will be debited soon from bank account, Don't do again and again.

  • hlo my self nayeem i applied for my od recently but after applying i saw that my college name is missing one letter that is engineering actually but in application form i submitted that engineerin so plz tell me how to edit my college name as engineering

    I have entred the details for my od application but at last the dob has not changed is that het any problem
    Everything is ok but after editing the date of birth Is remained same as 1 1 etc
    Can I get any issue

  • Hii I am Ravali,I am sep 2020 passed out and I have applied for Pre Convocation OD and i got a message today that its dispatched, while i tracked its showing details not found.How many days will it take for a OD to deliver after dispatch?

    • Hi Ravali,

      Your tracking details are expired, which are no longer to work. Visit the JNTUH Office Counter section and submit the application ID/ACKnowledgement ID (previous). OD team will check the exact status of the OD, if undelivered then they will initiate again.

        Thank you for the immediate response.I have asked in the counter ,they said that they still didnt receive the OD it might take 2-3 days to them ,when they recieve it they soon will post it to me.

  • Hello originally my pass out year is 2017 I have completed by backlogs this year. When I try to apply for the OD on the website to register myself it gives me an error stating invalid hall ticket number/invalid captcha, but then I am typing in the correct info. Can you help me out how to do it
