    If your OD is already issued, it may be not dispatched. by the way, you have to contact the JNTUA OD office for the present status.

• I'm 2020 passed out. I applied for OD on 1st jan 2021. It's been a month but still I didn't get my OD. It's not yet verified, I have known this by tracking my OD. What will be the exact reason? I tried contacting them but no one responded. I even mailed them regarding my problem and also attached the OD tracking screen shot & OD acknowledgment. I didn't receive any reply from them. It's far for me to go and enquiry in person with the board. I need it urgently because i'm about to send my documents for my Master's application. Please help me regarding this.

    I think, For the Master application process, you can attach the CMM certificate instead of OD and also make sure that, you can attach the OD acknowledgment form at the admission. and Tell them OD getting delay from the JNTUA due to the COVID19 pandemic.

    The Master Admission department will consider your application and it will process accordingly.

  • First, use the contact number for the 2019 application and ask for the procedure acceptance, then apply online.

    There are only two procedure
    1. Online Application (Payment SBI - Online challen payment)
    2. JNTUA Offline counter section payment and apply along with application form

• I am still pursuing in 4-2 of engineering in junta. I’ve got masters admission in abroad, however unfortunately I’ve a back log of one subject in 4-1 and I’ve heard the news about that 4-2 exams would happen in month of July 2021 and next to that the other exams but my query is that when can I apply for provisional certificate and how long it would take for that to get onto my hands?? And what if I couldn’t get any? So is there any other way of formal letter that I could get in the place of provisional certificate?? Because, as of my knowledge we can’t attend to visa interview without provisional certificate..so could you please help me with my doubts!! Thanks.

    You can apply on Tatkal Method after clear the exam, either apply online or visit the JNTUA campus once for more clarification on this.

    Usually, it takes 2 weeks to deliver, After a week you will get an SMS that contains the postal tracking code. Use the given contact numbers for help.

But on that day the office members told that they won't issue the OD to me bcoz some higher officials were not there to issue the OD certificate and told to come tomorrow evng to collect the OD certificate. But unfortunately due to some necessary work I returned toy home town. And the next day my frnd visited the office and he aked to them to issue the certificate of mine. The office members told they won't issue the certificate to other student unless and untill the right candidate is present. Untill now I didn't get my OD. It's almost 10 days till today. I request u to Plzz let me know details of my OD. Plzz post it if u haven't posted till now. I need it to submit for document verification.

  • If one month is completed then, there is a possibility delay at JNTUA side, I request, try to contact them for the early delivery.

    Mostly, the OD will take 7 t 10 days for the delivery, If it is delayed, then visit the university and collect it.

  • In- Convocation means an assembly of persons called together to a meeting.
