• Those who have applied for the various posts in Grama and Ward notifications can visit the AP Sachivalayam official website gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in and use the hall ticket option and use the AP Sachivalayama OTPR ID, DOB, and Security Code (displayed on the screen itself) and click on the submit button.
• Once the hall ticket displayed on the screen, take the print out and attach any govt id proof and attend the examination in the assigned exam center.

USE BALL POINT PEN (BLUE or BLACK) ONLY FOR MARKING THE ANSWERS. The OMR Sheet is to be bubbled by Ball Point Pen (Blue or Black) only. Bubbling by
Pencil / Ink Pen / Gel Pen is not permitted in this examination.

Candidates should put his/ her signature and get the signature of the invigilator

No need to worry,  In case the Hall-Ticket is without a photo or too small, he/she should affix a passport size photo on Hall-ticket and appear by duly getting attested by Gazetted Officer. He/she shall handover similar photo for each paper to Chief Superintendent for
