TATA Imagination Challenge 2021: The Tata group of companies released a Tata Administrative Services (TAS) for aspirants willing to show their leadership qualities and managerial skills. The TAS Services post is equivalent to Indian Administrative Services (IAS) in the private sector. Right now, Tata group has handled more than 30 companies in over 100+ countries.
It is Tata Group’s flagship leadership development for young managers who develop leadership and managerial prowess. Tata groups inviting online applications from eligible candidates for the TIS challenge program before 22nd October 2021.

TIS has three levels of rounds for finalizing the aspirant selection, which are;

Eligibility
- College-going student (Undergraduate / Postgraduate).
- Should be an active full-time student.
- Should be completed the 10+2 schooling or its equivalent.
- Have enrolled UG or PG in any university/college of 1st September 2021 across India.
- Academic classes curriculum commenced.
Non Eligibility
- Classes are did not start after admission.
- Correspondence or distance courses.
- Already passed out college or completed course.
- Part-time courses

Selection Rounds
Round 1
- Tata Brand Assessment
- Need to attempt the 25 questions in 30 minutes
- Gamified Assessment
- Participants indulge in an interactive and exciting 30 minutes.
Round 2
- Video Pitch Submissions
- Participants should submit the big idea in the form of an executive summary in 2 minutes video clip (Format – .MP4 and size – 15MB)
- Idea Buddy Phase
- Shortlisted candidates have to polish the idea to be present in the next round.
Round 3
Leader Interaction
Shortlisted candidates have to take your idea at center stage in detail;
- Problem-solving
- Execution of idea
Tata senior leaders finalize the participants, and finalists will also be interviewed by the panelists, focusing on their lives and careers.
