- To provide customer satisfaction on every call/e-mail.
- To ensure closure of the ticket/e-mail within the prescribed TAT (Turn around Time).
- Willingness to work in rotational offs & rotational Shifts.
- To resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
Package
CTC per Annum: INR 1,68,000 – INR 2,00,000 + Incentives

- 2nd round: Interview with Operations team
