Hyderabad or Anywhere in Andhra Pradesh and the Telangana States.

Skills Required

• Should be proficiency in English, Hindi & Telugu language and Excellent active listening skills.

Job Description

• To provide customer satisfaction on every call/e-mail.
• To ensure closure of the ticket/e-mail within the prescribed TAT (Turn around Time).
• Willingness to work in rotational offs & rotational Shifts.
• To resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.

Package

CTC per Annum: INR 1,68,000 – INR 2,00,000 + Incentives

Selection Procedure

• 1st round: Psychometric test and Calling test
• 2nd round: Interview with Operations team
