The recruitment for IB assistant in three phases, candidates have to refer the below tabular form for awareness of selection tier of examination, Tier 1 for MCQ qualify and Tier 2 exam will be descriptive paper and the last tier 3 will be Interview/personality test.

The IB Security and Executive posts have a selection process in three phases per the instructions below.
- Phase#1: Online / Written Examination 2023 / (Total Marks: 100)
- Phase#2: Descriptive Examination 2023 / (Total Marks: 50)
- Phase#3: Interview or Personality Test / (Total Marks: 100)
Phase#1: Online / Written Examination 2023: Prelims Examination of Objective type MCQs, divided into 4 parts containing questions of 1 mark each on:
- General Awareness
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical/analytical ability
- English language
