TS-bPass Registration 2022: Telangana State Building permission Approval & Self Certification System TSbPass is a building and home construction approval portal where citizens of Telangana will get approval within a short period of time by using TSbPass online portal.
Telangana government has prepared TS-bPass Registration for instant online registration without contacting any mediator (broker) or any other person. Complete user guide and registration procedure, and user charges are clearly mentioned on the portal for the citizen refernece purpose.

In any home / Plot layout, users have to provide the charges as per the below things;
- 7.5% for parks and playgrounds
- 1.00% for Social infrastructure
- 1.00% for Utilities (Water reservoir, Septic tank/sewerage treatment plant, electric transformer, solid waste management..etc)
- 5.00% for the common parking area.
ts-bpass building permission rules
The TS bPass building rules for the permit will be based on the area of construction, the height of the building, width, and other floor-related things.
- Plot Size (Square meters)
- Parking provision
- Height in meters
- Building line or minimum front setback (in meters)
- Minimum setbacks.
Important Notes
- Existing road width to be entered in prescribed tabs.
- Floorwise built up are to be entered in prescribed tabs
- Width road affected by the prescribed tabs.
- Total road affected.
- Not plot area values will be populated on mentioned values.
- The proposed road width shall not be less than as per 168 GO rules to be entered in the prescribed tab.

ts-bpass status
After submission of the TsbPass online application, candidates have ti check the status of the application form after 24 hours and some other applications will take 21 days.
TS bpass Login
Candidates have to visit the official link tsbpass.telangana.gov.in and check the tsbpass login page and enter the registration number / Application number and followed by the mobile in order to check the status of the application form and approval process.
Once the login is completed, then check the ts-bpass citizen search for the required application info purpose. ts-bpass application status is important in order to verify the status of the bpass application process.
