Telangana New Districts Names
Telangana cut out from 10 areas from Andhra Pradesh. East Godavari district received seven manuals of the Bhadrachalam division back. On 11th October 2016, State brought new districts from 21 to 31 districts after the formation of Telangana state.
Except for the Hyderabad district, which remained unchanged, all districts were divided into groups of two to five. On February 17, 2019, two new districts Mulugu, and Narayanpet were established, bringing the total number of districts to 33.
