AP Sachivalayam Second Merit List: Andhra Pradesh State Government has released Sachivalayam Grama and Ward results AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Those who are crossed Sachivalayam Qualified marks are eligible for the Document Verification for the further selection process.
Post wise and district wise merit list is released and merit list scheduled to upload to sachivalayam website, candidates should have the patience for the merit list.
Written Examination -> Merit List -> Cutoff Marks -> Document Verification -> Selections -> releasing final Selections -> issuing Allotment Orders -> Joining Duties.
AP Sachivalayam merit list released and it uploading in sachivalayam website, candidates can check the below post wise links available, download district wise merit list.
After adding grace marks = 15 for each candidate according to vacancy wise, the number candidates are qualified as per post wise.

There are 20,959 vacant posts are finalised after Phase -1 final Selections (Including Document Verification). These vacancies are collected from a total of 6 posts;

Issues of Releasing Phase – 2 Merit List
If Sachivalayam team releases Phase-2 Merit list after decreasing the qualified marks, then legal issues will be raised. It is better to go for the Second notification in January 2020 (As per AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy for New Notifications from Every January).
For OC-40%, BC-35%, and SC/ST-30% qualified marks (earlier released), as per legal law, any notification should not be decrease above qualified marks, otherwise, legal issues will be raised, better go for New Notification.
Issue Now: There are more than 30000 candidates are waiting for the Qualified marks decreases, if it happens 20,959 posts filled this year only else new notification will be issued on January 2020. The final decision is pending from Sachivalayam recruitment team.
New Sachivalayam Notification 2022?
We cannot say, These vacant posts are filled by New Sachivalayam notification 2020 but it may happen due to legal issues after qualified marks decreases.
Waiting for the Final Decision, What happened next…
- Total 20,959 final vacancies still left for the filling process.
- It may be filled on January 2020 as a new Sachivalayam Notification 2020.
- Only Six (6) category posts are vacant in Sachivalayam department.
Because there is a DSC -2018 qualified candidates are joined in the Sachivalayam posts and few are still waiting for the Results and Selection List.
New notification is already scheduled on Jan 2020, So as we expected (Examdays), AP recruitment team will release new notifications as below;

The second Merit list is scheduled but it was not released yet, those who have missed chances of selections under local and non-local categories/missed by few marks, they get a one more chance in merit for Document Verification.
The Officials said “There are few posts still vacant due to multiple districts posts/few candidates not attended Document Verification”.
The vacant post will be filled by further second merit list, the second merit list will be released.
