The Ramnath Kovind officially elected as a Next President of India in July from National Democracy Alliance (NDA) political party Bharat Janata Party (BJP). The Present Indian President Pranab Mukherjee tenure will be completed on July 24th, 2017. On next day July 25th, 2017 – Ramnath Kovind takes the oath and took charges.
