AP Grama Sachivalayam Responsibilities: Andhra Pradesh State Sachivalayam roles and responsibilities have different for each and every post. A total of 11 grama and ward posts are included in one Sachivalaym notification, each post has a different notification individually. Candidates should check each notification and read the Post’s responsibilities and roles.

Both Grama and Ward officers should work in one Sachivalayam office itself only. Candidates should be aware of Post responsibilities before attending the application form and apply online accordingly.

AP Grama Sachivalayam Responsibilities

Those who are eligible for various posts of Grama Sachivalayam can submit the application as per the post. The selection process is not yet confirmed whether candidates can apply a single post or multiple posts at the time of registration.

1. Panchayat Secretary – Grama Sachivalaya Convenor, able to collect the Taxes, and other welfare work under the Grama Sachivalam area.
2. VRO (Village Revenue Officer) – Should monitor the Land and Ration Food supply in villages.
3. Survey Assistant – Should surveyor of village lands.
4. ANM – Should be responsible for Villagers’ health monitoring and scheduling health camps in the village.
5. Veterinary & Fishery Assistant –  Livestock, dairy, and fisheries.
6. Women Police – Counselling, Security, and other important roles in villages.
7. Engineering Assistant – Water Supply, Grama Sachivalaya & Village Engineering works.
8. Electrical Assistant – Electricity supply and Street lights and monitoring.
9. Agriculture MPEO’s – Monitoring agriculture works, suggestions, marketing, and production reports.
10. Digital Assistant – Monitoring the village in Single Window System.
11. Welfare Assistant – Pension Distribution, Dwakra Mahila, house construction monitoring.

AP Sachivalayam Post Salary Basis

• The basic Pay scale starts at Rs.14,600/-
• Present DA = 27%
• 11th PRC is going to implement from July 2018
• An expected increment as per the 11th PRC =29%

Now, New basic salary has become a = (14600×1.24)x1.29 = 23,350/-

Now, New basic salary = Rs.23,350/- (after 2 years)

Average increment of DA per year = 6%

DA after two years = 3% + (2 x 6%) =15%

HRA = 12% to 20%

Gross Salary  = 23,350 x1.27 to 23,350 x 1.35

= 29,650/- to 31, 520/-

In hand, the salary will be Rs.28k to 30k per month.

2. VRO గ్రామ రెవెన్యూ అధికారి – భూముల పర్యావేక్షణ వ్యవహారాలు, పౌర సరఫరాలు.
3. సర్వే అసిస్టెంట్ – భూముల సర్వే.
4. ANM – గ్రామా ప్రజల ఆరోగ్య బ్యాద్యత, పర్యావేక్షణ.
5. వెటర్నరీ లేదా ఫిషరీస్ అసిస్టెంట్ – పశు వైద్యం, పాడి, చేపల పెంపక శాఖా.
6. మహిళల రక్షణ ఉద్యోగి – మహిళా పోలీస్, మహిళా రక్షణ, మహిళా కౌన్సిలింగ్.
7. ఇంజనీరింగ్ అసిస్టెంట్ – మంచి నీటి సరఫరా, పంచాయతీ లో సమస్యలు, ఇతర ఇంజనీరింగ్ పనులు.
8. ఎలక్ట్రికల్ అసిస్టెంట్ – విద్యుత్ సరఫరా, కనెక్షన్లు, విడి దీపాల పనులు.
9. అగ్రి హార్టీ కల్చర్ MPEO’s – వ్యవసాయ లో సూచనలు ఇవ్వడం, మార్కెటింగ్, వ్యవసాయం ఉత్పత్తి.
10. డిజిటల్ అసిస్టెంట్ – సింగల్ విండో సిస్టం పర్యావేక్షణ గ్రామా లో, గ్రామా సచివాలయం లో.
11. వెల్ఫేర్ అసిస్టెంట్ – పెన్షన్ పంపిణి, పొదుపు సంఘాలు, ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణం.
