Educational Qualifications

For SI Posts: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Age Limit = 21 to 40 years as on 01.01.2022

• Candidates must and should have passed Madhyamik from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or it’s Equivalent.
• Candidates are able to write, speak and read the Bengali language.
• Local candidates get priority for police constable vacancies

West Bengal Police Constable Selection Process

The selection process will be based on the four stages of merit examination, those who are applied for police constable can check the below 4 stages and follow them accordingly.

• Stage#1: Preliminary Written Test (100 Marks Exam)

Total number of questions will be 100 and same 100 marks for complete examination and there will be a 1/4th negative mark for each wrong answer and 1 mark for correct answer.
