For Male Candidates

For Female Candidates

| Race | 800 meters to be completed in 6 minutes 30 seconds (1 chance) |

Less than or equal to the age of 35 years
| Minimum Height | 5 feet 7 inches |
| Walk / Run | 1400 meters to be completed in 9 minutes (1 chance) |
| Full Squats | 10 full Squats in 1 go (1 chance) |
Above the age of 35 years
| Minimum Height | 5 feet 7 inches |
| Walk / Run | 1400 meters to be completed in 12 minutes (1 chance) |
