LIC AAO Recruitment 2023: Life Insurance Corporation of India LIC released ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS (AAO) notification to fill the 590 vacancies for Financial Year FY 2023-24. Those who are interested can apply online on or before the last date. Those who are completed their Bachelor’s degree are eligible for LIC AAO posts. The selection procedure will be based on the merit examination for both prelims and mains.

Educational Qualifications

1. For AAO (Generalist): Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline)
2. For AAO (IT) : Graduation degree in Engineering in Computer Science, IT
   or Electronics, or an MCA, or an MSC(Computer Science) from a recognized Indian University/Institution.
3. For AAO (Chartered Accountant): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/Institution and Candidate should have passed Final Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
4. For AAO (Actuarial): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution and Candidates should have compulsorily passed paper CT1 and CT5 plus 4 or more other papers of the examination conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India / Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK.
5. For AAO (Rajbhasha): Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi translation with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level OR Post-Graduate Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s degree level OR Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at Bachelor’s degree level.

Age Limit

Candidates should have an age limit will be 21 to 30 Years as of 01.03.2019. Age relaxation is applicable as per reservation.

• SC/ST & ECO/SSCO (GEN) Candidates: 5 YEARS
• OBC Candidates: 3 Years
• PwBD(Gen) & ECO/SSCO (SC/ST) Candidates: 10 YEARS
• PwBD(SC/ST) Candidates: 15 YEARS

LIC AAO Pay Scale

Selected Candidates are eligible for LIC AAO PayScale; Basic pay of Rs. 32795/- per month on a scale of Rs. 32795- 1610(14) –55335– 1745(4) –62315 and other admissible allowances as per rules. Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale, inclusive of House Rent Allowance & City Compensatory Allowance wherever admissible depending upon the classification of the city, will be approximately Rs 56,000/- per month in ‘A’ Class city
