For multi tasking staff job notification, Candidate should have an education qualification minimum intermediate and maximum degree so an intermediate is more than enough for the MTS job notifications. If you are a part of the 12th standard then you are eligible for the MTS post if you are looking for the more than an MTS force like say; inspector of income tax post you need to have a degree qualification and for tax assistant post you need to have degree + data entry speeds certificate and multi tasking staff post you need to have 10th class password so this is the basic qualifications for the candidate they can apply for the job notification.

Age Limit
