- For Junior Clerk Post: Class 12th from any recognized board, must be able to speak, read and write Odia.
- For Junior Typist Post: Class 12th from any recognized board, must be able to speak, read and write Odia.
- For Stenographer, Grade-III Posts: Class 12th from any recognized board, must be able to speak, read and write Odia.
- For Salaried Amin Posts: Class 10th and should possess Revenue Inspector (RI) Training Certificate.
Age Limit: Candidates should have 18 to 32 years as on 11.06.2021.
