If Dr post your giving ,you should give equal to nurses also naaa because nurse only giving the treatment.
Soooo please separately give jobs for nurses in this Doctors should not involve.

These jobs are contract basis and availability of Nurse / MBBS / BAMS. So, final decision is complete at Govt officials side. We cannot do anything in this regard.
