10% Quota for OC Candidates: As e know, The Government of India (GoI) announced a 10% quota for OC Candidates, those who are come under Below Poverty Line (BPL) as per the below rules and regulations. There are many OC candidates who are in the BPL line and many of them request a little bit of reservation to get employability. OC Candidates who are under BPL Line can have 8 lakhs per annum of all family income sources in all aspects.
The effective date for the 10% quotation for OC Candidates under BPL Lines will be from 01.02.2019 (February 2019 Onwards).

10% Quota Eligibility
- Not more than 5 acres of agricultural land
- Earning should not exceed 8 Lakhs per annum
- The residential house should be below 1000 sq ft.
- The residential plot should be below 100 yards in the notified municipality and the residential plot should be below 100 yards in the notified non-municipality
APPSC TSPSC Verification Process
- Candidates should have an Income Certificate from the tehsildar.
- DOPT will provide the 10% reservation in Schools, Colleges, and employees.
- Roaster, EWS new reservations are released soon for aspirants.
- Other documents and information will be available from the central government.
