APPSC Group 1 Notification 2023 Syllabus Exam Date Application

APPSC Group 1 Notification: Andhra Pradesh State Public Service APPSC Commission has released the Group 1 notification every year to fill Group 1 to fill the various posts under group 1. The following posts are coming under the AP Group 1 notification 2021. Candidates lookout these posts and post syllabus and exam pattern will be different as per the post.

APPSC Group 1 Application Form

• Eligible candidates can visit the official website psc.ap.gov.in.
• Navigate the “Latest Notifications” tab and Select the “Group 1 Notification”.
• Register with OTPR Form (One Time Application Registration), then login with OTPR ID and Password.
• Then make the application fee and exam fee by using online payment procedure.
• Select the Group 1 Notification and Click the preview button and check the details of the application form.
• Then, submit the online application form and note down the Reference number / Registration number.
• Take the APPSC Group 1 application form print out for the future reference.

Eligibility

• Candidates should have any degree course from recognized institute/ College/University.

Application Fee

• APPSC Group 1 fee Rs.250/- towards application fee and Rs.120/- towards examination fee.
• No fee for the SC/ST/PW candidates.
• Payment can be paid either Online or Offline SBI Challen.

Age Limit

• Assistant Prohibition and Excise Superintendent = 18 -26 years
• District Field Officer = 21-26 years
• Deputy Superintendent of Jail = 18-28 years
• Deputy Superintendent of Police = 21-28 years
• For other posts: 18-42 years

Govt of Andhra Pradesh under the APPSC Commission, there are relaxation in the age limit, use the below;

• For OBC Candidates – 3 years
• For SC/ST Candidates – 5 years
• For PWD Candidates – 10 years
• For PWD + OBC Candidates – 13 years
• For PWD + SC/ST Candidates – 15 years

APPSC Group 1 Selection Procedure

For any APPSC Group 1 Selection Process, candidates have to follow the below selection procedure; There are mainly three (3) steps: Prelims, Mains, and followed the Interview process.

For APPSC Group 1 hall tickets are available before 10 or 15 days of the exam date and the exam centers are placed across the state and in Hyderabad also.

APPSC Group 1 Answer Key

Once the exam is completed of prelims or mains, then APPSC will release the initial answer key after 3 days or 7 days of exam date and the Initial answer key will ask the objections up to certain days. Commission has to wait for the objections from candidates on the initial answer key. Once the answer key objections received then the mains/final answer key is released for the next round selections.

APPSC Group 1 Cutoff Marks

These APPSC Group 1 cutoff marks are important for the next round selections, both prelims and mains exam cutoff marks are released by the APPSC Commission on every year.

The APPSC Group 1 cutoff marks depend upon the number of vacancies and number of candidates applied and the number of candidates qualified in the exam. Once the calculations are completed the Commission will release the cutoff marks.

APSSC Group 1 Results

The official APPSC Group 1 results are releases after the 30 days of exam completion, these results are final and not to be changable at any cost. APPSC Commission will ask you objections on answer key but not on the results. So if candidates have any questions on answer key, then submit the objections on specified time frame.

• Candidates have to visit the APPSC Commission official website psc.ap.gov.in
• Then select the results tab and select the “Appropriate Results Post”.
• Once the results window opens, then use the hall ticket number and followed by the DOB, and once the click on the SUBMIT button.
• Once the results displayed on the screen, check out the results and download the results for reference.
