ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ సచివాలయం పరీక్షలో ఈరోజు 01.09.2019 కొన్ని ప్రశ్నలు సిలబస్ లో కాకుండా out off syllabus ప్రశ్నలు వచ్చినాయి. ఒక్కసారి పేపర్ స్టాండర్డ్ చూస్తే UPSC లెవెల్ లో ఉన్నట్టు అనిపించింది. ఈసారి సచివాలయం లో Cutoff మార్క్స్ తక్కువగా ఉండొచ్చును, 60-90 marks ఉండచ్చు అని expect చేస్తునామ్.
