- ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ లో కొత్త సచివాలయాలు: 12,671 (శ్రీకాకులo మొదటి స్థానాల్లో ఉంది )
- ఒక్క సచివాలయం లో 11 మంది ఉద్యోగుస్తులు ఉంటారు.
- అక్టోబర్ 2 కాళ్ళ నియామకాలు పూర్తి చేస్తారు. అనగా రెండు నెలల కలం లో పూర్తి పక్రియ చేస్తారు.

పైన చెప్పిన విదంగా గ్రామా సచివాలయం లో పరీక్షా అమలు చేసిన తర్వాత, మార్కుల ఆధారంగా ఎంపిక అయ్యిన అభ్యర్థులను డాక్యుమెంట్ వెరిఫికేషన్ కి పిలిచే అవకాశం ఉంది.
అభ్యర్థులు, ఈ గ్రామా సచివాలయం పరీక్షలో ఎక్కువ మార్కులు సంపాదిస్తేనే ఉద్యోగానికి ఎంపిక అయ్యే అవకాశం ఉన్నది.
