RPF Educational Qualification
Candidates must and should complete the SSLC/Matric from a recognized Board with minimum pass-out marks; there are no cutoff marks in qualification, and passout candidates have sufficient constable posts.
RPF Age Limit
The age limit of the candidates is from 18 to 25 years, and there will be age relaxation as applicable as per the reservation.
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC – 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen
- To the extent of service rendered in the Armed forces plus UR – 3 years, OBC -6 years, SC/ST – 8 years
Selection Procedure
Railways Protection Force RPF Examination was conducted in four stages, and remember, there will be a 1/3 negative mark on the online examination.
- Online CBT Examination was to be conducted in FEB or MARCH 2019
- Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) Test
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT) Test
- Trade Test (TT)
- Document Verification (DV)

Exam duration – 45 minutes.
Online Examination Fee: The online examination fee was OC/OBC, and candidates need to pay Rs. 500/- and a Rs 400/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges on appearing in CBT.
SC/ST/EXSM/Female/EBC/PWD – Rs. 250/- and Rs 250/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges on appearing in CBT.
Salary:
Selected candidates are eligible for the 7th pay commission of Rs. 21,700/- Level 3 metric initial pay. Except for Tailer and Cobbler, they qualify for Rs.19,900/-
