Group D events preparation is more important to qualify further process, read the other post for Events Procedure and as per the candidates have to prepare accordingly.
- Maintain physical fitness is more important for Events purpose, start the exercise several weeks before you attending Group D Event tests.
- If you have higher weight, try to lose that weight, it helps to complete the running test in the stipulated time period.
- Follow these regular activities: Walking, Jogging, and Swimming and other physical activities.
- .Use the gym for other physical activities to get body under control and fit for any test.
