– Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
\n– Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks

\n– Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
\n– Candidate must understand responsive design and have the ability to optimize a design for all devices and the desire and ability to mentor other team members to establish a good team environment
