Tech Mahindra Off Campus Drive 2020: Tech Mahindra conducting off campus drive for 2018, 2019, and 2020 pass outs from January 2020 onwards, the last date of online application will be 10.03.2020, those who are interested can apply online on or before the last date.

Those who are complete Graduation in 2018 and 2019 in engineering discipline are eligible for Software Engineer post at Tech Mahindra.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must and should complete the BE/B.Tech in CS/CE/IT/E&C/E&TC/Telecom/Communication/Electronics or MCA
2018 and 2019 Pass Outs candidates are eligible for Software Engineer posts.
2020 Passout candidates also eligible, if meet the standards.
Should have scored min. of 60% in SCC/10th, HSC/12th /Diploma (in case done) and BE/B.Tech/MCA
Candidates should not have more than one year academic year.

Tech Mahindra Bond Process

Candidate will be on probation for 6 months with a CTC of INR 2.6 L /annum
On completion of probation, the candidate will be offered a CTC of INR 3.25 L/annum
Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory period of service of 2 years from the date of joining the company.

Candidates should go got Online Assessment and followed by the Technical and HR Interview Process.

Candidate holding certifications like OCP, MCP, AWS, RPA, SAP, Coursera (in credit mode), edX (in credit mode) etc, would be given the preference.
