Interview (Both Technical and HR Interview) process based on the number of candidates is appeared and are Shortlisted. The Recruitment Process will be based on the below level, any candidates can go for below HCL recruitment selection process,

• Just a Minute (JAM) or Group Discussion (GD) or General Essay.
• Online Assessment Examination (Aptitude, Reasoning, and Technical Questions)
• Technical and Human Resource (HR) interview.
• Offer Letter will be Issued after 1 week of HR Interview or 1 month based on Candidates performance in the Interview and Selection by HR Panel.

Educational Qualification

Those who are complete B.E/B.Tech in EEE/ECE/CS/IT 2021 passouts are eligible for HCL Off Campus Drive.

• HCL Probation Period: 15 Months
• HCL Service Agreement: 18 Months

Salary Details

The HCL Salary is based on as per Company Standards norms and also market range, the freshers will be ger entry based salaries and freshers will get based on prior experience. Those who come from prior experience can check the salary wisely. The entry salary will be Rs. 3,50,000/- per annum and take home salary will be Rs.20,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per month after deducts from DA, PA, and Tax. Those who work the night shift are eligible for incentives and OT will be credited for additional hours in the shift.
