CYIENT Off Campus Drive 2019 for 2019 Pass Outs:

The CYIENT biggest MNC conducting Off Campus Drive for 2019 Pass out candidates, those who are eligible for Software Engineer post can apply online on or before the last date 06.01.2019. The eligibility of the above post will be Final-year students pursuing BE/B. Tech and ME/M.Tech with a consistent academic record of 60% or more.

Candidates should not have any backlogs, No active backlogs at the time of taking the online assessment. So candidates should apply before reading the instructions from Cyient MNC.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should be from Technical background B.E/B. Tech 2019 poss outs only, and must have 60% in all academic background and no active backlogs at the time of online examination.

Salary

Starting salary of INR 3.25 Lakhs p.a.* for BE/B. Tech 

Pre-joining Training

For BE/B.Tech: Candidates selected in the interview process are asked to participate in a paid pre-joining training. The pre-joining training fee will be reimbursed once a candidate joins Cyient. Our selection criteria is based on aggregate training records, as described below:

• Candidates who earn 80% and above during the pre-joining training will qualify to join Cyient
• Candidates who earn 70% to 79% during the pre-joining training must take remedial classes and appear for re-examination. Failing to secure a minimum of 80% in re-examination will lead to disqualification
• Candidates who earn less than 70% during the pre-joining training will be ineligible to join Cyient

For ME/M. Tech: There is no pre-joining training process.

Important Dates

• Last Date of online application: 06.01.2019
• Eligible candidates Called for online test on 11.01.2019
• Shortlisted candidates called for Interview from 21.01.2019 to 28.02.2019
• HR Interview will be conducted from 21.01.2019 to 28.02.2019
• Appointment Letter for selected candidates for pre-joining in Training in between March – June 2019
• Training will be completed by July, 2019
• Candidates will be on live Projects after July 2019 onwards.
