The layoff is across the globe, even though India is also affected by this action from Mark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He praised &#8220;employee services&#8221; to Facebook and Meta and in addition, he added 16 weeks&#8217; salary payout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Severance<\/strong>. We will pay 16 weeks of base pay plus two additional weeks for every year of service, with no cap.<\/li><li><strong>PTO<\/strong>. We\u2019ll pay for all remaining PTO time.<\/li><li><strong>RSU vesting<\/strong>. Everyone impacted will receive their November 15, 2022 vesting.<\/li><li><strong>Health insurance<\/strong>. We\u2019ll cover the cost of healthcare for people and their families for six months.<\/li><li>Career Services. We\u2019ll provide three months of career support with an external vendor, including early access to unpublished job leads.<\/li><li><strong>Immigration support<\/strong>.
